Thanks for being an honest businessman. This project was really more than we wanted to/needed to spend. It has really stretched up financially, but we both really feel like you had our best interest in mind at all times. Thanks for watching out for us - we could have been taken for a ride. Instead, it turned out better than we ever expected or hoped for! I know people like that guy make it hard on the honest people in your profession (trust me, we know how you feel), but your integrity will pay off.
